Try to integrate ibus-typing-booster into openSUSE Tumbleweed.

During hackweek I did a lot of testing and had intensive conversation with the author. This is very interesting stuff! It's not really usable let alone useful for a shell or coding, but definitely for other typing work. Packaging still needs recommends for dictionaries (myspell) and possibly also emoji fonts. It's actively developed by a very responsive engineer. ;-)
