Port Spacewalk to openSUSE

Spacewalk is the upstream project of SUSE Manager.

Currently Spacewalk runs on RHEL, CentOS and Fedora, while SUSE Manager runs on SLES.

There's absolutely nothing out there for openSUSE, we miss this "missing link"!

In this project, we aim to create a working set of packages for openSUSE. The Java part will be handled via tetra.

      ~50 over ~70 Java packages have been ported and repackaged with tetra and currently build on Factory: https://build.opensuse.org/project/monitor/home:SilvioMoioli

      Hi, I'm also reallly interested in having an opensuse port for both clients and server and the status of the port.
