Make Yast CA Mgm-Ng out of Yast RMT module

Yast CA management module isn't on SLE15 yet, so now in Yast RMT module (package name yast2-rmt) we have our own implementation for generating SSL certificates that doesn't depend on libcamgm.

Maybe it is possible to reuse something out of it for a proper CA management module!

Advantages:

  • It's new! (No YCP leftovers anywhere!)
  • It doesn't depend on libcamgm!
