Combine Hack Week and continious services

More and more customers use our products in mission critical environment. They have a huge need that things run smooth. With Hack Week we have the challenge that we still want to provide perfect service, but on the other side we want to give nearly all of us the chance to participate.

With our current system, we have reached a border. We now have to think about new concepts here, so that our customers will still get their service they are used to, but still have the possibility for all developers to participate in hack week.
